Hello, here is the 3d environment I made for my personal game project render in Unreal Engine 4. Hope you enjoy it!
For the process, first I used Gaea to generate height map for making the base of the landscape and combine with megascan asset then sculpted the landscape in UE4. I use the runtime virtual texture(RVT) helps me to blend the object with the landscape. I also use the auto landscape material that kindly provided by unreal sensai to help me to texture the landscape. Then I sculp and texture goddess in substance 3D painter and combine them to the UE4. Bird flock was made with Niagara system in the end by the way. I keep adjusting the camera and lighting to see which is the best angle for making the best final render shot. The whole environment concept art was made by me weeks ago. That's is basically the whole rough process. I enjoy and learn a lot from making this environment!
